The suspect spent some time in Italy before moving to Sweden, but was expelled from there under the EU's "Dublin" rules and returned to Italy, one of the sources said. Italian authorities lost track of him some time in 2016 and presumed he had again moved abroad, the source added. In Brussels, Belgian Justice Minister Vincent Van Quickenborne said his country had received an unconfirmed report in 2016 from a foreign police service indicating that the suspected attacker had a "radicalised profile" and wanted to go to a war zone to wage jihad. Nov 21 (Reuters) - FIFA has rejected the Belgium soccer team's away strip because of the word "Love" in the collar combined with a rainbow-coloured trim on the shirt, a spokesperson for the Red Devils said on Monday. The design was inspired by the fireworks of Belgian's famous music festival Tomorrowland and stands for diversity, equality and inclusivity. If the word 'Love' is removed from the inside of the shirt, the team is allowed to wear it. The away shirts are a new design and were introduced in September. The Belgian Football Association said earlier on Monday that its captain Eden Hazard will not play wearing the armband.

BRUSSELS, Nov 16 (Reuters) - With whistles, words of encouragement and even a fake tattoo, Belgium's King Philippe took charge of the national "Red Devils" soccer team this week in a tongue-in-cheek film designed to get the country behind the side at the World Cup. The short film shows Belgium coach Roberto Martinez arriving at the palace for an audience with the king and viewing items such as slippers and a notebook with tactics to imply the monarch is an avid fan. "I know why you're here," the king says. The king then takes to the training pitch, at one point offering advice to star midfielder Kevin De Bruyne.
